"A Tiny Customer Service Saga"
Getting a reply felt a bit like waiting for the next episode of a cliffhanger. They were slow to respond, which was frustrating, but in the end, they did actually help me get things sorted out. Not amazing, not terrible, just okay.

"Pretty good for the price"
I wasn’t totally sure about it at first. But the price was good. The item looked pretty much like the photos. The quality isn’t perfect. Still, for what I paid, I’m happy with it. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped. So I’d give it 4 stars.

"Got here fast, not sure what else people expect"
My order actually showed up earlier than I thought it would, and it was packed just fine. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, so I didn’t have to guess where it was. i don’t really see anything to complain about here, delivery was quick, no issues, and I’m happy with it.

"Looks nice, feels a bit thin"
Looked good out of the box, but the material feels thinner than I expected for the price. It’s usable, not bad, just not quite the quality I hoped for.

I ended up returning mine and the refund came through really fast. No hassle at all, which was easier than most returns I’ve dealt with..

"Sizing was kinda hit or miss"
I ordered my normal size from rosegentle.com, but the dress ended up feeling a bit tighter than I thought it would. The length was fine though, and the fabric was decent enough. I’d probably go one size up if I ordered again. Not awful or anything, just didn’t feel super spot on for me...
